My journey in the beauty industry began about seven years ago when I became an esthetician. Eager for more, I stumbled upon my passion for permanent cosmetics. After completing my training and apprenticeship I wanted to submerge myself in this industry. I decided I would attend the World Permanent Makeup conference in Amsterdam. This became a life changing experience where I trained alongside and connected with artists from around the world, including one from Sandy, Utah, who became my mentor.
Leaving behind a decade-long career at the Borgata Casino, I made the bold decision to move to Utah to train under my mentor, Ashley, who boasted 16 years of experience and a thriving training studio. After two fulfilling years in Utah, I transitioned into teaching all fundamental trainings at Edify. Despite the enriching experience, I found myself longing for the familiarity of family and friends back in New Jersey.
Bringing my newfound expertise back home, I worked at a handful of the best PMU studios in the PA & NJ area alongside of many talented artists but something still felt like something was missing. I had this little voice in my head saying “this is good, but it could be better.” So after trusting my gut, Modern Muse Beauty was born. I am so excited to share the space with all of you, being close to the ocean and doing what I love, it’s like a dream come true.
My passion for building others up is what moves me through life. My clients come to me for so many different reasons - its not just lip blush or eyebrows, they want to feel confident. I specialize in natural looking results, lived in beauty that you can wake up with and feel more put together without feeling like you NEED to put any makeup on. My goal is to enhance your features in a way that helps you feel like the best version of yourself.
So whether you are sick of drawing on your brows, you can’t see to do it, you have health issues, have been in an accident, lost your hair, or just looking to create a more youthful appearance I would be honored to help you find your inner muse.

microblading
Microblading mimics the look of your natural brow hairs, unlike traditional eyebrow tattooing this technique is done by using a manual hand tool which gives the artist a more precise way to create hyper realistic hair strokes giving you a very natural but still defined looking brow.
powder brows
A powder brow is going to mimic the look of you filling in your brows with a pomade or powder. This style has so much versatility because its done with a tattoo machine that allows the artist to control the amount of layering and the style in which it is done. This style is also referred to as ombre brows.
Combo Brows
A combo brow is a combination of microblading and powder brow. The best of both worlds really. Using a microblade or machine to create strokes in the front of the brow that blend seamlessly into a shaded tail. This style is a way to give you a bit more coverage and also longer retention time in the skin.
Lip Blush
Lip Blushing is the perfect solution for lips that lack color and definition. By tattooing color to the edge of the lip line, it gives the illusion of bigger more full lips. Also giving you the hint of color that you need to be able to just gloss and go. A great way to simplify your daily routine.
Lash Enhancement
Lash enhancement is a tattoo done in your lash bed. (where your lashes grow) Typically with a medium to dark brown this little line can help create a more youthful appearance in the overall eye area. This is also a great way to help you feel more put together without wearing any makeup.
Faux Freckles
Faux freckles - yes, we can tattoo them on. I like to give my clients creative control with freckles but I am happy to take the wheel as well. We can either do a cute sprinkle over the bridge of your nose and across the cheeks for that sun kissed feel or put a few all over the face. Both ways heal looking nice and natural.
